Although the world has changed much since my time,and both sexes are more brash and direct,still there are others who are prone to shyness.If you are given to shyness, gravitate to the gregarious- they tend to loosen up all that is tight and restricted within you.Make this a rule of life and you will benefit more than all the theraphies in the world.But always keep the boundaries in mind- otherwise you run the risk of being labelled as "fah thin kei!" translated as jungle fowl which has horrible connotations in the Chinese language. ON SHYNESS
