"I have learned, that if one advances confidently in the directionof his dreams, and endeavors to live the life he has imagined,he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours." - Henry David Thoreau

BEING INQUISITIVE
Its never a great idea to be preoccupied with whats in another persons backyard. Being Inquisitive is the word in English- "Ke Poh Chi" in Hokkien.Leave others alone unless they show signs of needing assistance. But for many Malaysians this is something difficult to adhere to.Peeping through windows and eavesdropping on someones conversation,or trespassing on someones privacy seems to be okay for many.In the village, everyone knows what is going on with the neighbours family- even though they are not on talking terms. We already have more than what we can manage in our own backyard so there is no need for us to peep over our neighbours shoulder. It is not just discourteous, its uncouth and a sure sign of ill breeding.Kindly remove your nose from that place immediately.
