ABD MALEK HUSSIN V BORHAN HJ DAUD & ORS
The practice of torture of any kind is to be detested.This was therefore an appropriate case to award exemplary damages.The behaviour of the Defendants is inhumane,cruel and despicaple.In particular,the conduct of the then Inspector General Of Police was shameful and a disgrace.Further,the award of exemplary damages is necessary to show the abhorrence of the Court of the gross abuse of the awesome power under the ISA.On the facts and in the circumstances,an award of RM1,000,000 as exemplary damages is appropriate.

JUSTICE HISHAMUDIN MOHD YUNUS,HIGH COURT MALAYA,KUALA LUMPUR
First he riots,then he gets thrashed by the police,later sues the police in Court and WINS!!!And finally he walks away with a cool RM1,000,000.I dont mind getting picked up by the police sometime.

A SERENE HOUSE.

This beautiful authentic Chinese house belongs to a lady friend of mine and is hidden away by a very quiet hillside in Balik Pulau,Pulau Pinang.The surroundings are just so serene and beautiful.In the backyard are durian and nutmeg trees.By the side is a silent stream flowing downhill.The setting is just so beautiful.I offered to buy the house and the land which belongs to them- but they refused.(Looks like I have to find some other way to sabotage them).

LAST WEEK

YESTERDAY
Every year the Banks report lost or missing money but they are always bewildered at the loss.It seems that some cash just mysteriously disapppears from their vaults.Well,the truth is,ladies and gentleman- its the work of Toyols and Jinns. Sometimes when I wake up I see money like this on the table.It's the work of El- Rakh Rimau.Last week he brought back some money again.But I have told him not to steal from neighbours.If its the Bank,its okay since all the Banks are daylight robbers.If you need any cash, please leave your address here. CLJ 2008-NEW ARRIVAL

This is the latest addition of the Current Law Journal.It cost me RM1,400 just for these 6 volumes.But the problem is that there is no more place in my humble apartment for any more books.So right now I am looking for a bigger place.On the right hand side is my wife who puts me to sleep every night.After a hard days work,there is nothing like getting a shot of her.Shes smooth, but there is someone else more smoother than her- Johnnie Walker Blue Label.

FEELING LUCKY

Since a stray cat gave birth to 2 kittens at my doorstep I have been lucky in money matters.I have this strange feeling that I am going to strike it rich very soon. The Midnight Owl

MURPHY'S LAW

Instead of collapsing on itself,this building tumbles over- causing more damage around it.Thats life- if something can go wrong,it will.Things dont always go as planned.So its better to think ahead and forsee all the possible worse case scenario and get prepared for it rather than staring in silence at the outcome or screaming and fleeing from the scene for dear life. Hello there,this is my dwelling place.Somedays its Welcome Time,and somedays its Off Limits.I have had many visitors from around the world.Local visitors seem to love gathering around the marble table for a meal and chat away.Others love the TV.The other chap here is one of my former students,now a Manager at one of the prestigious Hotels in KL.His nickname is "THE KINGPIN". Sometimes the conversation goes on until the late night hours.On special days,families drop by to prepare a meal for me(and also to ensure that there is no dead corpse rotting in one of the rooms).Whatever you choose your home to be,may it be Blessed.
