I guess the song, "Torn between 2 lovers, feeling like a fool..."  summarizes the whole thing.No doubt, the above 3 verses speaks volumes by itself. Many,many books throughout the centuries been written about this sordid topic.In politics,sex scandal stories are what is quickly grabbed by the public.The Newspapers will sell like steaming hot cakes.A certain unfortunate Dr. from MCA is the latest example.Prima facie,the verses speak about infidelity. Indeed it is a grave misfortune,when the lady of the house  prefers the jungle than the home.Like the wife who was caught with  another man in a dimly lit hotel room by her own husband. Her statement to the police later??? They were just discussing business--- This is the first time I have heard of a business meeting held in a dark hotel room.

ps The Chinese have a saying for it- FAH-THIN-KEI!!!"[ must not be spoken aloud- only whispered!!]

A  very long friendship can come to an end over  a quarrel. As I have often said this before, this fantasy called friendship is a delusional kind of thing. Malaysian politics is littered all over confirming this very profound Malay saying. At one time Rafida Aziz and Datuk Anwar were close friends- it ended when Anwars fortune declined.So was Dr. Mahathir with Anwar and Ghafar Baba. So was Sharizat and Rafidah. Datuk Samy and Subra, at one time,  buddies, now sworn enemies."And the latest MCA,when Ong Tee Keat after being voted out declared
"I am very hurt!!" ( referring to his friends who let him down at the crucial moment). I hope you safeguard your friendships, for once lost- they can only be recovered at a superficial level. May you live well. Vijay
