Its hard to keep your personal peace throughout the day.Because there will always be people in society who are ruffled.Maybe  their personal history has been more than painful. And oftentimes they cross our paths bringing their deep conflicts with them.And the difficulty in avoiding them is because we cant see through the peaceful  public appearance they present to us. And by the time they show emotion- its too late.
