I think its about time that you went for that long walk or that long drive with yourself and get your thoughts together.Indeed it is imperative that for some time,as your schedule permits you cut off all human contact altogether. Off that phone.There are no emergencies right now. Probably another useless phone call. This solitary walk is more important than anything else right now.Walk into nowhere.
