All teachers at the primary school level. Remember caning is only authorized by law in prisons. If you raise a cane against any student, it will be a violation of the law. You are employed to teach, not to bruise someones buttock. Also those who employ foreigners and start abusing them in various ways- take heed. If you are a Malaysian, and you cause hurt voluntarily and are arrested- you will not walk away without paying the full price.
